Not Feeling Very Well...

This past week both Jayden and I have been running fevers on and off...
...running to the bathroom on and off all week too...
...and fighting bouts of nausea on and off all week...
...and I think we have sleeping sickness too because we've been sleeping, sleeping, sleeping.
I don't know what this crazy 'bug' is that we have but I wish it would go away.

I think the worst of it is over for Jayden (fingers crossed), but I'm not feeling well at all.
Plus I have no stamina when I am awake. I do one little thing and then feel like I have to sit and rest awhile.

Jayden graduated Pre-K today (I'll post about it when I'm feeling better), not a great way to start Summer but at least I won't have to be running back and forth to school.

I have lots of things I want to post about (in addition to Jayden's 'graduation', I want to post about a sweet Father's Day gift from Heaven, wonderful mornings spent with my sister Diane, family fun, friends, my neighborhood, and more).
I'll visit everyone and catch up with you all when I'm feeling better too.

    nothing worse than a "summer bug". you know the drill - rest, lots of fluids, and the
    "Brat-Diet", bananas, rice, applesauce, toast. :-)

  3. Trying to maintain status quo and do the things you usually keep up with while you are not feeling well is also very tiring. I hope you feel healthy and strong very soon.

  5. Jake had those same symptoms the week before last. And he was driving the whole time! Then I got it last week, oh it was horrible but mine only lasted about three days. You just take care of yourself Eileen and don't forget to drink plenty of fluids. I bought some ginger flavored green tea by Bigalow.It was great. I was drinking it iced, it seemed to help the nausea a bit. Take good care, Love you, Di ♥

  8. Eileen, I am so sorry to hear that you and Jayden have been sick :( I'm glad that he is feeling better...now you need to get better too! I love Lori's suggestion for a Disney marathon :)
    Just sleep and rest and I will be keeping you in my prayers for a speedy recovery...

  10. Hope you do feel better soon, Eileen! Dylan and Katie had something similar, 2 weeks ago. Dylan slept all night and all day, well on the 3rd day, though! I was afraid I would get it, but didn't!

    Rest and drink lots of fluids okay. Glad that Jayden is feeling a big better. Keeping you in prayers, big hugs to Jayden.....:)
